The 1/3 hp off the tower was not a decisive factor in the game. Moreover the play was paused and the player warned. If Wizz doesn't complain about the outcome of the game I see no reason why siAnz should be DQed. Unless you are saying that Wizz loss the game due to that 1/3 hp off the tower. A small matter like this should warrant a warning but not a DQ. Just my 2 cents worth.

While I would not want to go into the backdooring incident, I would like to point out that siAnz is a Singaporean team, why do they have fellow Singaporeans as observers? Is that not a bit fishy? I am merely pointing this out, not flaming the team or anything.
