Hi Man, first at all thanks for sharing some time with me. Please introduce yourself in a few sentences to the myMYM community.
- Hi, my name is Jan "3way]NoX" Suchandt. I come from germany and I am 19 years old. I am a moviemaker, and I specialized in Warcraft movies. Some people already heard about me, possibly.

Ok, let me ask something about your new job at MYM as a movie maker. When did you first get to be a moviemaker and a position at MYM?
- Difficult question. I really don't know when I did get the first touch with moviemaking. I think some nice counterstrike movies and the famous War Craft III movie "skills to pay the bills" about mightyx were both a big experience on my way to making movies.
I am an ordinary warcraft3 gamer, and I guess every warcraft gamer already knows MYM. I made a lot of movies for a lot of different companys and one problem was the same everywhere: The more or less "good" support. So I searched for a company where my skills to create warcraft movies will be respected and my team receives the necessary support. The second reason was that I noticed, MYM has a great community overall, along with great players and much better marketing than other clans, but one thing was missing: great movies about this community and gamers.

Is it important to have the deep understanding of the game to make a game related movie?
- No, thats not that important, but you have to understand what the gamer is doing.

You must watch hundreds of replays when you make a new movie. But this is just one step. Can you describe all of the steps you do when you plan and make a movie?
- The steps of making a WarCraft movie... Honestly, I could write a book about it! But basically you have to create and find a good idea and compose an image in your mind how the movie should look like.
The rest you need to create a WarCraft movie is "just" the knowledge about movies.

What is the most important factor in making a good movie?
- There are a lot of different opinions about this question, but I guess the most important factor to create a good movie is to know what the community wants to see before they know it themselves. You have to think and be always a step ahead!

Why do you need a couple of different guys in your crew?
- I learned much about the skills to handle with different programms in past. Bust in my opinion, and this is an experience, just one person can't know everything about a topic so monumental as moviemaking.
Everyone has a special skill; and we need to make great movies, actually the best ones! Together as a team, we produce good works along with creative ideas well.

Now you released a new video - a MYM teaser. Can you tell us something about this one please?
- This first movie we created for MYM is a very short teaser about all the things in and around MYM (during a match): The players and the persons behind them. It should answer the question: What and why is it exactly that they enjoy what they do? It focuses on the MYM WC3 team.

Which further movies do you and your crew plan to created for MYM in the future?
- We are already working already on new innovative movies, some short movies, and one bigger movie, but I dont want to tell you more for now. You will see - just stay tuned at MYM!
