The eagerly awaited event ESWC Grand Final will take place right after the next weekend between the 25th and 27th of August in San Jose, which is located near San Francisco Bay in beautiful north California, USA. Maybe a good location for games, since huge companies like IBM, Cisco, Adobe or SunPower are located there in Silicon Valley and found the advantages of that area.

ESWC will be a part of the Nvision exhibition in the San Jose McEnery Convention Center.

ESWC administration has unveiled the groups dividing on Monday, 18th, only top two will advance, showing that most of the teams and players got a comfort group in the four tournaments that myMYM.com will cover for you. The group drawings in Counter-Strike played out rather bad for some teams - tough groups will be Group F with roccat, emuLate and Team EG but also Group H with e-STRO, x3o and EPS second placed n!faculty from Germany. The defending champions of ESWC, MYM are placed in the group A.

For WarCraft 3 we have eight groups that more or less are all filled up with five players. They come from all over the world to win a trophy in San Jose. The reigning champion SoJu was seeded in group A a long with players that he may beat easily. Though a couple of other groups like H with Moon and TeD or D with Grubby, Happy and Miou look more tricky.

In the Counter-Strike women tournament we have only 14 participating teams in total. The killer group is for sure the second one with MYM.Seules, Badgirlsclan and EG. SK and the Chinese team Ehome should make their way more easy to the playoffs than the teams from Group B.

The groups of DotA look pretty empty right now and they should be recreated soon.
